Kierland Commons is a lifestyle mixed-use development, the first lifestyle center in Arizona. The Main-Street-style development includes shopping, dining, entertainment, office space and upscale loft condominiums, The Plaza Lofts. The development is owned by Woodbine Development Corporation and managed by the Westcor division of Macerich.
Construction began in 1995 and the center opened in the year 2000, at a cost of $65 million. The 800,000 square foot development includes 75 stores, restaurants and services on approximately 38 acres. It is located directly west of the Scottsdale Quarter mixed-use development.
Popular retailers include Anthropologie, Banana Republic, BCBG Max Azria, Coach, Crate & Barrel, ECCO, Eileen Fisher, J.Crew, Lucky Brand Jeans, Michael Kors, 7 for all mankind and Tommy Bahama.
